Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been accepted and paid for, and if you have chosen a product that is in stock, your order may take up to 8 days to reach you even though we do our utmost to send it to you as soon as possible, usually within a 24 / 48 hour period, except at particularly busy times.
Despite our best efforts to ensure that delivery is made as quickly as possible within the set time, the arrival of your package could be delayed for reasons that we can do little about.

Please do not forget to include your phone number ; this is particularly important in case of a delay with your parcel and your phone number is obligatory when your items are sent by the French Colissimos service. Should your parcel be lost and you have not informed us of your phone number, then we will be unable to carry out a search or be held liable for its loss.
You may at any time track your parcel under the heading MY ACCOUNT.
